Compared to some other economic regions in the world, the Nordic economic zone only has quite a small number of commercial banks operating in the area and just a few of them mainly focus on corporate/business banking. Still there are a number of different options to choose among, to make some kind of objective ranking relevant. We feel that one of the best ways to compare banks is to look at what the customers say about their services.

Since 1989 the EPSI Rating Group and SKI – Svenskt Kvalitetsindex have conducted banking & financial services market research measuring consumer satisfaction in Sweden. This is a great way to compare and assess the banks actual service performance. One of the areas put under the microscope is corporate banking, where banks are ranked 1 to 100 based on business customer satisfaction.
